KNITTING UNIT

We are capable of producing the following fabric qualities in various blends, amongst them are the following:

– TUBULAR KNITTING MACHINES OF TERROT, MAYER & CIE

– INSTALLED CAPACITY OF OVER 15 TONNES / DAY

What we do

PRODUCTION DETAILS

Casual Section is divided into 3 Units. Each Unit consists of 4 Lines.
Unit 1 is dedicated towards production of Polos & Henleys. Monthly production capacity is 1.5 Lakh pieces.
Unit 2 is dedicated towards production of bottoms like Track pant, Legging, Shorts, Barmundas etc. Monthly production capacity is 1.5 lakh pieces.
Unit 3 & 4 dedicated towards production of Tees (V/Round Neck). Monthly production capacity is 3.5 Lakh pieces each unit.

Unit 4 is dedicated towards production of Innerwear like Brief, Trunk, Panty, Boxer. Monthly production capacity is 3.5 lakh pieces.

KNIT GARMENTS (OUTER WEAR)
Planned capacity for Outer wear is 800 Sewing Machines. we have installed 800 Sewing Machines as on today.
Product capability – Polo, Crew Neck, Square Neck, Tank Tops, Sweat Shirts, Muscle Tee, Gym Shorts, Track Pants, Sleep Shorts, Sleep Pants, Track Shorts, Yoga Shorts, Yoga Pants, Lounge Pants etc….

KNIT GARMENTS (INNER WEAR)
Planned capacity for Intimate wear is 350 sewing machines. We have installed 200 sewing machines as on today.
Product capability – All kind of Briefs, Boxers, Trunks and Panties.
Balance sewing capacity for both Inner & Outer wear will be installed sooner as possible.
